Star Visor

I made Ichigo a visor today.. well sort of today. I started it yesterday and wasn't happy with it so I put it away, and slept on it. Picked it apart today, three times, till I was happy with it.

I thought of doing some dangling chains and charms but it doesn't fit with the pattern I thought, so I've tucked the idea away for a later project. I'm not sure at this point if I'm done with it but the pattern is a little too busy to add much more to it. Hmm, tell me what ya'll think.

I may make another, but I need to re-work the design I think. I'm not really satisfied with how it sits on the head. I'd like to make one in orange with black accents. *ponders*

  1. I think it's charming. You *know* that I'm mad for buttons. Your hand-stitching is meticulous, the colors have come together nicely, and the grommets are impeccable. I agree that anything else on this piece would be "too much".

When you get down here, I have all sorts of beads that you can play with, most of which are not too girly.

I post about the things I enjoy, which are sewing, photographing my dolls, designing new outfits, knitting, which I started in September of 2008, thanks to my Mom, and occasionally drawing, or painting.

I also post about Life Events and how they affect me and those that I love.
