Show us your dolls! ~Meme~

I took this from Roxy and a few others on my friendslist.

I feel like I am so out of touch with everyone and the dolls they own... I know of some dolls that folks have, but not all of them! So show me all your dolls! And introduce them! What's their name? Their mold? You can introduce them individually or throw them all into one image (like I have). And you can either comment here or post on your livejournal.

I decided to go with a single collage so as not to make a HUGE post that would take a bunch of bandwidth. Initially I had the sculpt and company names too, but it detracted from the photos so I'll post that underneath.



Ro is a Dream of Doll (DoC) Tender Yen. Elli is a CustomHouse Little Junior Mars for Valentine, the 2006 version. They released another one the next year. Ichigo is a Volks Ko-Tenshi Tsubaki. Chris is a Volks Yo-SD Tinatsu. Seanan is a Volks Yo-SD Sweet Dream Piccolo. Declan is a CustomHouse Little Junior Uranus, which is the Uriel head, on a Little Junior body. Elliott is a Souldoll Lune. Onigiri is a Volks School C head. And, Doran is my Soom Glati, whom I have on layaway at the moment.

I went ahead and took photos of all the dolls that didn't have recent shots. So, Ro, Elli, Seanan, Elliott, and Onigiri. :B

Doll plans for 2009

I have a day off! I didn't count Sunday because I went to Church and the day was still fairly busy for me. Today is Thursday, and I get paid again one week from today. I only have one big ticket item I want to buy, that has been waiting, oh, a year and a half. I'm getting Ro a new body.

I'm pretty ecstatic about getting him back on a Dream of Doll body. I'm going with the type 3 body, with the doublejointed elbows and super posable body in general. It's what I wanted for him in the first place, but he was my first doll, and that kind of body wasn't even around yet, when I got him. Come late this summer, I'll have had Ro four years. He arrived August 29th, 2005. And, once the new body arrives, I'm shipping him off to my buddy unseeliequeen, for a new faceup. Then I'll sell the old body, and use it for a deposit on Minifee Luka and Littlefee Shiwoo, whom I want to get on layaway from Denver dolls.

Those are my doll plans for the entire year, because, I'm also going to be saving for a car, and once I've got one, all my disposable income will be gone because of insurance for a brand new driver, and gas money. :B

So, aside from that, from this check, I also plan to buy some good shoes for work. Probably New Balance, since that's what most of my co-workers recommended. I'm much less excited about the shoes, but they are necessary for me to be able to be on my feet all day and earn the money.

Cutest Panda EVER.

I was poking around on the Souldoll website to go peek at one of the dolls I'm considering as a future purchase, and stumbled upon my next doll. He's a tiny, and so fairly inexpensive. It's a wittle panda!



I love the adorably Anime eyes. There are a bunch of different types but I'm hoping to get one of the following eight styles. X3



If I don't get anything like those, I'll deal with whatever comes with him, for awhile. Eventually though I want him to have sparkly Anime eyes like these. :3 As you can see, I'm leaning towards blue, green, or some version of blue-violet.

I'm thinking about getting this little guy on layaway from Denver dolls, since he's a smidgen over $200, and if I spread that out a bit, I can do it.

It's been a little while since I posted photographic proof of my existence. So here:


My hair has grown a bit and then I cut it. So now instead of solid bleached stripes, I have.. blond highlights, sort of. I kind of like it.

I am a little outraged at the moment. TMI for a minute here. I haven't gotten a regular period since it started. Due to stress, hormonal issues, and who knows what else, it's been something I get a few times a year. Last I had one, was December-ish, then minor spotting last month. My body has decided to make up for lost time. I rarely cramp, get fatigue, or any other of those obnoxious symptoms. Today I feel exhausted, sore, bloated, headachey, the works. DO NOT WANT. I was fine with a sporadic cycle. It may have the reason I could never conceive (tests weren't conclusive) but I can't be sure. I don't like it. I said so to Littlest Sis, and she laughed (but not maliciously) and told me it was normal. She's right of course but I'm still a bit outraged. That's enough of that whining though.

I finally got some pictures uploaded (hence the above, of me). None of Declan or Elli because I forgot. I do have some of Ichigo with the Sei Tenshi Jared won, and my School C head Onigiri. Also Phelan, who used to be Reggie, who used to be Gabe. @_@ Phelan is an Irish name that means 'Wolf' and Phelan is a puppy boy. Or, rather he is now. I made him fluffy puppy ears and a tail. That's enough chatter though. Pictures!

And, in unrelated, but relevance news, Nick tells me that he's finally filed papers for Divorce. I guess getting the contract signed lit a fire under his butt. He apparently filed online through a proxy service? It sounds suspicious. Mom, can I scan and send you the papers to have a lawyer friend look over, maybe? I don't trust an internet company that lets you file for divorce in another state, online.
