Gifts from friends! :D

One of my lovely friends from Ravelry sent me a gift all the way from Germany (please correct me if I am mistaken Aurinel!).



I was expecting the USS Enterprise D (Star Trek Next Generation), but not the lovely wee socks!



They were part of the careful cushioning to protect the model, along with some beautiful bits and balls of yarn in some gorgeous colorways.



Simon Oliver claimed the socks, and wanted to show them off. :)



I've made the image of him pulling on the socks my header image on the Family blog. :D I think a BJD with a pile of yarn is a suitable header.

I apologize for my shaky hand with the tablet. It's been so long since I've used it (I don't have ANY art programs on this laptop) and my hands are so shaky anymore. :(
